(منظومة دا فينشي الجراحية)
ده جهاز مفيش منه غير واحد بس في مصر و نقدر نقول عليه انه جراح، الجهاز ده بيكون عبارة عن ٣ أجزاء رئيسية:
:١-وحدة الجراح
يجلس جراح في وحدة التحكم ، ويتحكم في الأدوات أثناء عرض تشريحك في صورة ثلاثية الأبعاد عالية الدقة.
٢-عربة المريض
تحمل عربة المريض ، الموضوعة بجانب السرير ، الكاميرا والأدوات التي يتحكم بها الجراح من وحدة التحكم.
٣-عربة الرؤية
عربة الرؤية تجعل الاتصال بين المكونات ممكنًا وتدعم نظام الرؤية ثلاثي الأبعاد عالي الوضوح.
لو جينا نشوف الجهاز ده بيشتغل ازي هتلاقيه انه بيكون عبارة عن جزء رئيسي اللي بيكون نايم عليه المريض أثناء العملية و بيكون كذا زراع خارج من الجهاز و بيدخل عن طريق ثقوب صغيرة داخل جسم المريض، الكذا زراع دول بيكون في الغالب عبارة عن زراعين متركب في آخرهم حاجه زي المشبك كدا و الزراع الاخير بيكون متركب فيه كاميرا بتصور كل حاجه بتعملها الزراع ده، و ده بيودينا علي الجزء الثاني من الجهاز اللي هوا الجزء اللي بيظهر علي الصورة الفعلية لجسم المريض من الداخل، و نروح علي الجزء الثالث اللي الجراح بيكون مسؤول عنه و بيتحكم من خلاله علي الجزء اللي داخل في جسم المريض و ده من خلال الكاميرا بردو بس الصورة اللي بتظهر للدكتور وهو علي الجزء المتحكم بتكون صورة ثلاثية الأبعاد للجسم من الداخل و الدكتور بيكون في مكان مخصص لليد في الجزء ده من الجهاز الدكتور يبدء يحرك ايده و الجهاز بيستجيب لحركة اليد بالظبط.
يبقا كدا احنا متعبناش المريض في اننا نفتح جزء كبير من جسمه علشان الدكتور او الجراح يشتغل فيه و في نفس الوقت قدرنا اننا نوصل لأماكن ابعد و دقيقة في الجسم اكتر من الاول و بيكون نسبة الخطأ اقل و الدقة في التحكم بتكون اعلي واحسن.

The da Vinci surgical system gives your surgeon an advanced set of instruments to use in performing robotic-assisted minimally invasive surgery. The term “robotic” often misleads people. Robots don’t perform surgery. Your surgeon performs surgery with da Vinci by using instruments that he or she guides via a console.


The da Vinci system translates your surgeon’s hand movements at the console in real time, bending and rotating the instruments while performing the procedure. The tiny wristed instruments move like a human hand, but with a greater range of motion. The da Vinci vision system also delivers highly magnified, 3D high-definition views of the surgical area. The instrument size makes it possible for surgeons to operate through one or a few small incisions.

Three components of the da Vinci system

1-SURGEON CONSOLE

Your surgeon sits at the console, controlling the instruments while viewing your anatomy in high-definition 3D.

2-PATIENT CART

Positioned alongside the bed, the patient cart holds the camera and instruments that the surgeon controls from the console.

3-VISION CART

The vision cart makes communication between components possible and supports the 3D high-definition vision system.

So, we are not tired the patient because we open some tiny holes in patient's body to let the arms of the device get in through them instead of cutting a part of the body to let the surgeon works in it, and at the same time we have been able to reach far and more precise places in the body than the first, and the error rate will be less and the accuracy in controlling will be higher and better.
