Australia: AUHPT to raise equity and join forces with Dexus
Australian Unity Healthcare Property Trust (AUHPT) is to raise equity to fund a A$1bn (US$770m) development pipeline and the strengthen balance sheet to capitalize on acquisition opportunities.
