Working Principles:
Arthroscopy uses an arthroscope to visualize, diagnose, and treat problems inside a joint.
The arthroscope is inserted through small incisions near the joint, commonly used for knee, shoulder, elbow, ankle, hip, and wrist surgeries.
Malfunctions:
Fogging of Lens: Impairing visibility.
Light Source Malfunction: Poor lighting affects the view inside the joint.
Instrument Wear and Tear: Damage to the arthroscope or its tools.
