It has been an incredible honor for Medicaspace team to interview the brilliant Prof. Tarek El-Diasty at El-Mansoura’s Kidney Center ! Watch him talk about, RSNA 2019, honorary memberships, the honor he received and the talking session Egypt had.
What happens is that the RSNA chooses two foreign countries to hold a special session in the name of that country for an hour and a half to present the special radiology techniques used there. This year Egypt presented at the RSNA and also India had its presentation.

The session started with an introduction, given by me, about radiology in Egypt, followed by 15 speakers, each for 5 minutes, starting with Dr. Saha Selim, followed by Dr. Mohamed Hosny Kamel, Dr. Ahmed Ibrahim Samir, Dr. Marian Fayek, Dr. Ahmed Abd El-Khalek Abd El-Razik, Dr. Ehab Reda, Dr. Salwa Fathi, Dr. Mohamed El-Toumy, Dr. Doreya Salem, Dr. Nouran Saed, Dr. Ahmed El-Serwey, Dr. Naglaa Abd El-Razik, and Dr. Waheed Tantawi, and ending with Dr. Ashraf Selim

After the 15 speakers, the President of the RSNA Valerie Jackson gave an ending speech and praised the Egyptian presence of 100 registered members from Egypt and 25 or 30 Egyptian members from other countries shown in the database of the conference

The Egyptian presence was great, and the session was successful, which reflects that we are always trying to have an international presence. Many Egyptians also presented research papers and gave speeches during the conference
